Customer Support Specialist

We have an open Customer Support Specialist position in our Zotobi support team.



  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect)
  • Willingness to work with email, messages, texts, and chats
  • Ability to follow instructions with precision and focus
  • Punctuality; the ability to work according to a project timeline and manage multiple projects at once 


  • Work 2x2 shifts (08:00–16:00 UTC)
  • Help us provide the best player support ever in the game development industry
  • Work closely with the global support team based in several different countries 


  • Provide support service to gamers all over the world for our games, which appear on several mobile platforms
  • Work closely with the managers from other offices to provide support service for our top tier, VIP customers
  • Follow existing procedures while helping create new procedures and answer templates for the global support team
